Proactive Activism

Remember when your friends would always encourage you to go to homeless shelters, give canned food, or some other action to "give back"? They were on the right track, sort of. But something is missing, how did these unfortunate people get to these places and how many more will wind up with them? Now, I want you to think back to baseball. You can aim for an early lead to give your team a little "insurance" and support for the pitcher (hopefully he doesn't get lazy because of it), you could choose to be quiet at first and be a "cardiac kid" later or a combination of both or something TOTALLY different.

But, what if the other team whacks out a few homers, you walk a few, and God knows the rest? What if this has put you in a huge hole that you just can't get out of? This is the exact problem with American politics, only the manager and the GM of the team want it to be this way. And you, the wise owners, don't. More to come soon..........
